Our Company Return Policy

Returns/Exchanges/Gifts:
All our products can be returned providing they are unused/unopened and unaltered within 7 days to the store. We pride ourselves in maintaining the utmost quality and cannot return items that have been opened, used, damaged or are not clean. You will receive a full refund up to 7 days. We understand that with a new baby, life is busy, so even after 7 days, you still have to a total of 60 days to exchange your unused item for store credit or product exchange. Please note that not all stores carry exactly the same line-ups; therefore if a refund is mandatory for you, then please go to the original store where it was purchased for your full refund to avoid stock refusal.
After 60 days, items cannot be returned. This ensures a level of integrity for other customers who may purchase a returned item. We can in all confidence put these items back on the shelve knowing they are intact, uncompromised and clean. Personal care Items are final sale, no exceptions. (Examples: Nursing bras, Breast Pads, Pumps, Diapers etc) Gift Receipts can be used for straight exchange only and have no cash back/refund value. No returns or exchanges are permitted without a valid receipt. No returns/credit can be processed over the phone.
Price Matching:
We will gladly price match any other retailer in Calgary (does not include websites) providing they have the exact corresponding item in stock and/or the price can be verified either in writing or on the phone. All price matches must be within 7 days of already purchased items and your receipt is mandatory. Special Orders can be price matched providing the new items (no floor models) prices and items can be verified.

Custom Orders: 
All custom orders of cribs, dressers, furniture, personalized items and glider chairs are final sale
and full warranty obviously applies should there be a need. Any custom order cancellations must be done in-store within 5 business days of order date. No exceptions. Cancellations AFTER 7 day grace period subject to 20% restocking fee. This is to cover storage costs on items after they have shipped to the store and must then be shipped to warehouse storage until another customer buys them.

Warranty:
All our products are proudly covered by full manufacturers warranty. The majority of furniture has warranty coverage between 2, 5, & 10 years and some offer lifetime warranties. Be sure to follow any cleaning advice in your manufacturers manual and warranty policy booklet. Any questions regarding maintenance, cleaning or mounting of your furniture, please feel free to call your local bo bébé store or the manufacturing company directly.

Strollers:
All strollers are covered for one year from date of pick-up (not purchase) as this allows for a more precise coveragefor our customer. All our VIP/Client Card holders enjoy a tracking process so that if they should lose theirreceipts and require warranty coverage; we can provide a backup copy of the receipt with warranty dates. Shoulda non-VIP customer request us to track their purchases for warranty back-up; they need to request this at their bo
bébé store. Should you require a warranty piece or replacement of your stroller, bo bébé proudly offers a freeloaner stroller free of charge until yours is in working condition again. We are the only company in Canadaoffering this service to it’s customers. You will be asked to provide the vendors RA# and job ticket info prior topicking up your loaner. This service also applies to car seats and cribs.

Car Seats:
All car seats can be tried in your vehicle (floor models) to ensure a good and safe fit prior to purchase. Once the seat leaves the store, unless it is a manufacturers defect (which is 100% covered by warranty), they cannot be returned. The reason behind this policy is to ensure that these seats have not been compromised in any kind of altercation; whether a minor car accident or even being dropped or compressed under other items in a garage etc. We take the safety of all babies and children very seriously and we will not risk compromising your child’s safety. Should your car seat have a defect, call the store where you purchased it and they will follow the manufacturers directions to replace the seat either directly in-store or via manufacture/vendor replacement to consumer. Again, any questions, please contact your bo bébé Store Manager or product vendor.

Internet Return Policy*
All products purchased online can be returned within 14 days providing they are intact, unused, in their original packaging.  All warranties apply and any defective merchandise will be promptly replaced.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Internet purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in any retail store.  ALl clearance and sale merchandise is final sale, no exceptions.
