Dear bo bebe Customers and Vendors,

First off, I want to thank all of you for years of wonderful service and loyalty to our 5 stores.  We quickly became the baby leader in Calgary as well as a leader across Canada in terms of raising the bar on quality baby gear and natural products for mom and baby.  

Due to actions taken by the -ex-franchisees, we are no longer endorsing our affiliation with the Westhills location.  Please be advised that as of Jan. 27th, 2012, the franchisees are no longer part of the bo bebe corporation and the only bo bebe store left is the Market Mall location; being run by head office and company founder.  Please note that the Westhills store WILL be closing on or before April 30, 2012 as the space has been leased for a May 1st, 2012 possession by a new tenant.

The new name the ex-franchisees are suddenly using as of Feb.2/12 "Lily Moss Baby" has no affiliation on any level with bo bebe fine baby products, bo bebe lifestyle or the bo bebe owners and partners , even thought their POS machine receipts are still printing "bo bebe".  We apologize for any confusion, frustration and anxiety this rapid change has had for our bo bebe customers.

Refunds, Store Credits, Gift Certificates:
We ask that any outstanding gift certificates, store credits from Crowfoot, South Center or Shawnessy be redeemed at the Market Mall location and any from Westhills or Market Mall will have to be redeemed at Westhills only.  In the event you are refused a store credit or gift certificate at the Westhills location, please email us at leah@bobebe.com and provide us all the details including a PDF of the Gift Certificate, receipt or credit in question.  Please email leah@bobebe.com

 If you made a purchase at the Market Mall or Westhills location and have been waiting for your your product to arrive and have tried to cancel or change your order or were refused a refund for any item that has a deposit, your only other recourse is to contact your credit card provider for a "chargeback: for non delivery of goods".  Please call your visa or mastercard regarding any refused refunds on deposits for car seats, strollers and furniture.  They will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.  *Please request the ETA on your order first by calling 403-262-7522 or go in store to discuss any orders, deposits or refunds in person at 490 Stewart Green SW, please bring your receipt with you as proof of purchase showing their numbered company as 1391564 Ab.Inc.
Note: All customers who have ordered via Crowfoot, South Center or Shawnessy, all items have been delivered witha 100% satisfaction rate.  Thank for your patience during this transition of having to close stores during this difficult time.
          
Our goal remains that of the highest integrity, to service our bo bebe customers to the best of our ability at Market Mall, to be completely honest with our customers about what the store restructure plan is and to re-grow the brand and name with a fresh focus, new strategies and the same passion and love for all that is baby and pregnancy.  After many years of growth, excitement and industry firsts, we will be back to our original store with Feb. 1st being the 12th year anniversary, to the exact day of opening our first kiosk at Market Mall!  

We are thrilled to have Amy Grey as Store Manager there and she is very excited to take on the challenge.  It will be business as usual at this location and there are NO plans to terminate this location at this time.  We will continue to offer classes through Home Parties as well as instore events, after hours as well as other exciting events coming in 2012.

 We look forward to riding out the final wave of this recession and new age of bo bebe with a new online shopping experience, great new products and more emphasis on supporting globally correct business, fair trade products and socially, responsible principles.  There will be some more bo bebe industry firsts that we will announce in Q2 and Q3  as well!

Thanks to all of our customers and suppliers who have sent us amazing, heartfelt emails, cards and facebook messages as Crowfoot started closing procedures.  Your words and sincere thanks are all very touching and make us even more certain of our decision to take back the Market Mall store and reclaim our solid footing in the juvenile industry and to continue serving Calgary as it's first and best, quality baby store.
