"My bo bebe experience has been exceptional. At 31 weeks, I was put on bed rest due to contractions. Of course I had nothing planned or organized for the baby and the thought of having a baby sooner rather than later was a tad stressful and frightening. I phoned in to the store and was able to put an order in. They were so understanding. The following week, my husband drove me to the store. The staff remembered my story, were so empathetic, made me sit down in a comfy chair and we went through the order to make sure it was all there. It could not have been smoother.
I'm happily 39 weeks, so baby has stayed in and we are all set! Thanks again!"

"I have a wonderful story to share with you regarding our experience with Bo bebe, located in Westhills in Calgary. We purchased a crib from the store that we love. Unfortunately, when the crib arrived and we got it home, it was not the correct coloring. We were a little upset, but we still had a significant amount of time before the baby arrived. We phoned the store and talked to one of the owners, Stacy Robertson. Stacy told us she would make some calls and see what she could do for us.
A few days later, Stacy called us back and told us that we would be receiving a new crib, great news. But the beauty of the story comes from what happened next. Quite honestly, we were shocked when Stacy told us that we could either bring the crib back to the store and they would send it back or if we knew of someone that could use the crib, we were free to donate the crib. We were so impressed by this act of generosity.
I work for a Catholic School Division just outside of Calgary. Through the local parish, a charity is set up to help people in need. I contacted the charity and they said they have a family that just had a baby. This family had recently immigrated to Canada and had virtually nothing. We were thrilled to be able to provide for a family in need with a beautiful crib. It is a wonderful feeling inside knowing that an underprivileged baby at least has a safe and comfortable place to sleep.
We want to extend a huge thank you to both Stacy at Bo bebe in Westhills to the entire company of Bo bebe. It was a wonderful to allow us to donate the crib to a family who truly will cherish it. We are proud to have been able to do this on behalf of Bo bebe."

Treated Like I Was The Only Customer In The Store!
"Most little girls baby sit, OR have little sisters, OR have relatives with babies with whom they can play...I had none of these. So, not only was I a first time mom, but I was a new mom who didn't previously have anything to do with babies. My lack of confidence, I feel, was extreme. I love(d) shopping at Bo Bebe even though it wasn't the closest store or the least expensive store because I was always treated like I was the only customer there. I was helped to select the best product for my needs and, if need be, shown how to use it. Jan (sp?) at the Crowfoot location was exceptional...and I preferred to shop when he was my "purchasing assistant". I watched him repeatedly give free 15 minute lessons on how to use the strollers and car seats to customers as they came in...and, in the end, we purchased a more expensive stroller and car seat than intended...but, only because Jan spent the time explaining the logical reasons why they were good products for us. We still love what we bought!! Being confident in Bo Bebe's products, service, and imparted knowledge have helped me overall to be a confident new mom! Thank you Bo Bebe!"

Client VIP Card Available To All Customers!
"I went into Bo Bebe Westhills knowing absolutely nothing about cloth diapers and found the ladies there to be VERY knowledgeable about this subject. I ended up purchasing 12 organic BumGenius AIO cloth diapers-and still am using them to this day. I also picked up a wonderful copy of their newsletter which happened to have a very informative article on cloth diapering (and off topic-a great article on safe paints to use in the house). I also absolutely LOVE what this store stands for-ecofriendly, healthy options for babies. There is no place I would rather shop at for my baby items.
I do have one big complaint though-I was asked if I wanted to purchase a frequent customer card that allowed 10% off future purchases for 1 year. I agreed, but when I tried using it at future purchases (we bought a very expensive stroller from you a few weeks ago-one of the Bugaboo Bee's): I was told the discount does not apply to sale items. This was EXTREMELY disappointing as I PAID money for this frequent customer card--and have not gotten my money's worth (the $25)---even though I have spent almost $1000 at the store this year alone. I have never ever purchased a frequent customer card that had these stipulations on it."

Free Loaner During Backorders!
"Much like any expecting mom,you get antsy to have all the necessities to start with. For my shower I had asked for gift certificates to put towards my Phil and Ted's stroller. With 3 weeks to go before the baby came I had called to ordered my stroller. I had chatted with the girls from Shawnessy Bo bebe.
They were very informative about the process and gave me many details about my new purchase. BUT with a recall out on the Dash they were not too sure when it would be in. But gave me the option to use the loaner. I waited to see if I needed the stroller right away.......after 3 weeks of cabin fever, I needed that stroller. So I called the store and they remembered me and asked how I was and what I had had and before I could ask, they ASKED me if I wanted the loaner stroller for use. WOW...you remembered me...that doesn't happen ever. Usually you are a number and that is it. (lets remember I called and ordered the stroller, never was in the store in person).
I went in after that call and picked up the loaner. I had it for almost 10 weeks!!! The day I got the call to let me know the Dash was in, I don't know who was more excited. me or her! The girl had even said" I was so excited for you!"... Who does that? So needless to say I was a happy customer! I had already purchased the car seat, crib and mattress from Westhills. With both stores I want to tell you thank you for making all the experiences a pleasant one."

Efficient & Fast Service!
"My husband bought me a Skip Hop diaper bag from bo bebe for my birthday, a few months before our first daughter was born. About a week after Georgia was born we were out and the strap suddenly unfastened, spilling the contents of the diaper bag all over the ground. I returned the bag to the Shawnessy bo bebe location where it was originally purchased. The salesman apologized and was happy to exchange the bag for another one. A few months later the same problem started happening with the new bag. The strap would suddenly unlock and the diaper bag would fall to the ground. This time I contacted Skip Hop. They contacted bo bebe, who then quickly contacted me, told me to visit their closest location (Crowfoot, at the time) and provided me with a new bag, even though the old one was well used and not in the greatest condition. The customer service I received at both bo bebe locations was quick, efficient and always very friendly!"

Friendly, Knowledgable Staff!
" I recently gave birth to our third child, and our first girl in January. Because it had been few years since I gave birth, we realized that the car seat that we had just expired. We decided to go shopping for a new one, and hit pretty much all the stores you can ever think of - Kacz Kids, Toys R Us, E-children, Wal-mart, Zellers... After our long search, we found that Bo Bebe Westhills had the best pricing, best in-stock choices (colors available), and most importantly, best service. It is hard to believe the low quality of staff members working at big box stores - they have no idea what they have on the floor, names of the car seat models, how much they are (most tags are missing from the item), and even if they don't mind looking for these answers, they seem to take forever, thus, frustrating the customers. Then, one day, I decided to check out the Bo Bebe in Westhills. I found that the lady that worked there (I don't know her name, but I guess her sister also works there, too) knew so much about car seats, and not only about car seats - pretty much everything they had in stock. She was very friendly, took her time, and didn't mind writing down some information down for me. She told me why they carry the car seats that they do, and how those companies are better than other ones. She knew about the safety features, the type of plastic it's made out of and why that would make a difference, what all colors it comes in, what fabrics are discontinued... you name it, she knew it. I was sold on the Peg Perego Primo Viaggio carseat. I came home, discussed this with my husband, called the store the next day to check what colors were in stock, and my husband went to purchase it that afternoon. I guess it was the same lady that I spoke on the phone helped him out because she asked if his wife had called in earlier. That is what I call service. When I was in that store that day, I had also questioned about co-sleepers, booster chairs where you attach onto the table and gliders. These are still items that we are considering, and if we decide to purchase it, I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to purchase it from that store.
I truly believe that Bo Bebe Westhills store has lots of potential, as the decor is very modern, clean, carries lots of fun and stylish items, and most important of all, friendly, knowledgeable staff members giving the best possible service any customer can ask for. Thank you.!"
